The FITO WOMAN WELLNESS formula is based on a combination of natural substances—including green tea, berberis, scutellaria, quercetin, passionflower, pomegranate, sweet orange, and zinc—selected for their role in supporting estrogen metabolism and helping to maintain the female hormonal balance during menopause. The formulation aims to promote a proper equilibrium between the production, activity, and metabolism of estrogens.

Estrogens are essential hormones for women’s health and well-being. They influence not only reproductive function but also a wide range of biological processes throughout the body, contributing to the maintenance of bone, cardiovascular, and metabolic health, as well as overall psychophysical balance. For these hormones to perform their functions correctly, it is essential that their levels remain in balance.

Hormonal imbalances can be detrimental. A decline in estrogen production—a natural occurrence during menopause—can negatively affect various aspects of a woman’s health. Lower estrogen levels are associated with symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, metabolic changes, reduced bone density, and alterations affecting the cardiovascular and urogenital systems. Supplementing with targeted, standardized phytocomplexes allows for the positive modulation of the body’s receptor responses in a gentle, non-aggressive manner, while remaining fully respectful of a woman’s natural biological rhythms.

Green Tea and Pomegranate – Antioxidant and Metabolic Protection. Rich in polyphenols and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), these ingredients actively combat cellular oxidative stress. Green Tea supports the maintenance of a healthy body weight, while Pomegranate provides powerful support for the protection of the cardiovascular system. Berberine and Quercetin – Metabolic and Circulatory Support. Berberine assists in maintaining healthy blood cholesterol and glucose levels—parameters that are particularly critical during this biological phase. Quercetin, a highly pure flavonoid, optimizes bioavailability while simultaneously protecting the vascular endothelium.

Scutellaria baicalensis and Passionflower – Serenity and Mood Management. Scutellaria bolsters the body’s natural defenses. Working in synergy with Passionflower, it acts on the central nervous system to alleviate anxiety and irritability, while significantly improving the quality of nighttime rest—which is often compromised.

Sweet Orange – Vitality and Microcirculation. Provides bioflavonoids that support microcirculatory function, helping to reduce the sensation of heaviness in the lower limbs and providing a natural countermeasure to chronic fatigue and asthenia.

Zinc – Bones, Skin, and the Immune System. An essential mineral that helps maintain healthy bone tissue, combats skin aging, supports the structure of hair and nails, and aids the body’s physiological immune response.
