The FITO WOMAN PCOS formula is based on a synergistic combination of selected nutrients and phytocomplexes, including myo-inositol, berberine, turmeric, quercetin, phyllanthus, chasteberry, and magnesium. These formulas are designed to support the physiological metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory balance of the female body in conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and endometriosis.

Although these are distinct conditions, they often share closely interconnected metabolic, inflammatory, and endocrine alterations. Therefore, a formulation approach that simultaneously supports these different aspects can help maintain the physiological balance of the female body.

A woman’s hormonal balance depends on the interaction of numerous factors: insulin sensitivity, ovarian function, inflammatory response, oxidative status, and proper neuroendocrine regulation. When these mechanisms are disrupted, menstrual cycle irregularities, breast tenderness, mood swings, fatigue, pelvic discomfort, and difficulty maintaining metabolic health can occur. The synergistic combination of insulin-sensitizing molecules (myo-inositol, berberine) and highly anti-inflammatory polyphenols (curcumin, resveratrol, quercetin) breaks the pathophysiological link in which hyperinsulinism stimulates both inflammatory progression and the endocrine-gynecological dysfunction typical of PCOS and endometriosis.

Myo-inositol – Metabolic and Ovarian Balance. Acts as a second messenger for insulin. It is essential in PCOS because it improves peripheral insulin sensitivity, reducing hyperandrogenism (excess male hormones), and restoring proper ovarian cyclicity and egg quality.

Curcumin – Controls inflammation. A powerful modulator of inflammation, it works by inhibiting the biochemical pathways of inflammatory molecules such as NF-kB. In endometriosis, it is crucial for reducing chronic pelvic pain and counteracting the proliferation of displaced endometrial cells.

Chasteberry, Titex agnus-castus – Hormonal modulation. Regulator of the pituitary-ovarian axis. It reduces prolactin secretion and promotes progesterone production in the second half of the cycle. It is the ideal ally for combating the physical and emotional symptoms of PMS (breast tenderness, irritability, mood swings).

Magnesium Citrate – Neuromuscular and hormonal support. In a highly absorbable organic form, magnesium is essential for uterine muscle relaxation (counteracting PMS and endometriosis cramps) and supports serotonin production, stabilizing mood and reducing fatigue.

Berberine – Glycemic and Enzyme Management. It acts as a powerful activator of AMPK, an enzyme that enhances carbohydrate metabolism. In PCOS, it works synergistically with myo-inositol to counteract insulin resistance and the tendency to gain weight.

Quercetin – Antioxidant shield and immunomodulator. An antioxidant flavonoid that works in perfect synergy with curcumin and resveratrol. It helps stabilize mast cells (immune cells involved in the pain and inflammation of endometriosis) and acts as a natural shield against oxidative stress.
